We're excited to announce an update that makes staying informed in the Zuora Community even simpler.
With the transition to OneID, we've updated our system to ensure that all authenticated Community users will be automatically subscribed to key updates.
Starting March 30, 2026, once your Community account is authenticated (meaning your email is confirmed and you have accepted the Community terms of use) and have logged in with OneID, you will be automatically subscribed to:
Please note that Release and Maintenance Notifications will now be visible only with a OneID login (they were previously public). Community News content will remain public. This ensures you won't miss crucial product updates, planned maintenance, or important Community announcements.
What this means for you:

No action is required from you to receive these key updates if your account is authenticated.

If you were already subscribed, your subscription will continue seamlessly.

If you were not previously subscribed, you will now automatically receive these updates as daily digests after logging into Community with OneID
How to Review or Update Your Notification Settings
You have full control over your preferences and can update them at any time:

Log in to the Zuora Community.

Navigate to your Community profile.

Go to Group Notifications under My Account

From there, you can review your current email subscriptions for all of your Community groups and make any desired changes.
