    Hard to believe we’re already halfway through the year! While I haven’t posted an update in a while, it’s not because things have been quiet -  I’ve been busy behind the scenes making the Zuora Community more useful, connected, and aligned with your needs.

    Here’s a look at what we’ve been focusing on:

    Smarter Structure, Easier Navigation

    We’re refreshing outdated content, cleaning up group names, and making it easier to explore product areas so you can get to the right answers right away.

    Making Feedback Matter

    We’re stepping up how we manage ideas so that every idea gets a status update each quarter. It'll take us a few months to review the current submissions, but I promise that it'll happen!   We’re also adding feedback polls during Table Talks and continuing those conversations in the Community.

    Better Knowledge Sharing

    Expect to see more Zuora resources in the Resource Library because we're bringing in more experts from across the company to share tips and insights directly with you.

    OneID = One Connected Experience

    Soon, the Community will be part of your unified Zuora login. That means a more secure and personalized experience — and a trusted space where we can talk more openly about the product and what’s ahead.

    Thanks for being part of the Zuora Community - whether you're asking questions, submitting ideas, or just keeping an eye on what’s new. More to come soon, and in the meantime, let us know how we can make the Community even better for you.

    I thought I'd share some updates to round out this FY's community projects:

    1. Community on OneID - I'm happy to share that we've completed the Community's migration to OneID.  There are a small handful of users who are having login issues and the team launched a fix last night which we're monitoring.  If anyone from your team is still experiencing issues, please let me know in this thread or ask them to file a Support ticket so we can log it.
    2. Product Feedback - We're working with the product managers to review your Ideas.  To keep feedback manageable and focused on the latest state of the product, we've respectfully marked ideas 2023 and older as "Legacy". If there's an idea there that you'd like to re-open, simply comment on it and I'll pass it along to the team.  Product Managers really want to hear your input so please continue adding your use cases, comments, and votes to existing ideas or add one of your own if you don't see it there - your voice matters!
    3. Zuora Community Resource Library - I'm currently reviewing the library assets with the topic owners to ensure that the most current content is there.  If there's anything you'd like to see more of, definitely let me know.  One suggestion was to include Table Talk PDFs with the recap posts (instead of links) so I'll start doing that with our next Table Talk along with the previous sessions.
    4. Review Community Structure and Naming - I'll be working on this in the early part of this fiscal year as we want to make sure that our name conventions are uniform across the Zuora ecosystem.
