    We've received reports that 

    • Some users are unable to access community via OneID
    • Accessing Community via MyApps requires one to click on the "Community Sign In" button

    Our team is looking into it and I'll keep this thread updated.

    The OneID team deployed a fix to production which will automatically login you to the community when clicking the community tile from MyApps page.  There are still some users who see a white screen after logging in.  If you still can't access Community with OneID, please open a Support ticket with as much info as possible so that the team can investigate.

    I'd also like to hear your Community login experience - what's working, what's not working, and what could be better.  Thanks!

    The OneID identified that there was a configuration update needed for EU region and updated it on Wednesday, March 4th.  The issue should be fixed. If it's still not working and you can't log into Community with OneID, please file a ticket so we can investigate.

    For now, I'll mark this issue as resolved. Thanks for your patience!
