  • 1.  Announcement: Data Retention Policy effective February, 2024

    Effective February 15th, 2024 we are implementing a Data Retention Policy applicable to Files for customers in Sandbox environments. The goals for establishing a formal policy are primarily to:
    • Help standardize the data management lifecycle by reducing redundant storage
    • Reduce risk related to data breaches
    • Enhance regulatory compliance for customers through automated archiving and purging
    We will continue to post reminders about this rollout over the next month. Please review the formal announcement on the Data Retention Policy page on the knowledge center and reach out with any questions and/or feedback!

    Hi Lyndy, this is only applicable to Files listed under Schedule I and II on the KC page and does not cover Revenue file data.
