We're making an important update to how you access Zuora Zephr.
As part of our ongoing investment in security and user experience, Zuora is transitioning all Zephr customers to Zuora OneID, our centralized identity and access management platform.
This change will provide a more seamless, secure, and unified login experience across Zuora products.
What's Changing
Zuora will be migrating all Zephr user accounts-including roles and permissions-into the OneID platform.
After the transition:

Zephr access will be available exclusively via OneID

You'll access your tenants through one.zuora.com
-
Billing and Zephr (if applicable) will be available in a single place
What You Need to Do
If you are not yet using OneID

You will receive an activation email from Zuora OneID

Follow the instructions to activate your account

Once activated, log in at one.zuora.com to access Zephr
If you are already using OneID (e.g., for Billing)

No additional setup is required
-
Once migration is complete, your Zephr tenants will appear in "My Apps"

Simply log in with your existing OneID credentials
For new or newly migrated users
