- Best Practice Checklists with step-by-step guidance
- Tool Tips offering short, expert-led videos
- Past Table Talks available on demand
- Community-Only Resources such as tutorials, guides, and reference materials
These resources help customers build confidence and solve real-world Zuora challenges more efficiently.
OneID for the Community

The Zuora Community will soon transition to OneID, providing a single, secure login across all Zuora platforms. The cutover will be completed by December 15, 2025, and will deliver:
- Unified access across Zuora products
- Stronger security through enterprise authentication
- Simplified account management for provisioning and updates
To ensure uninterrupted access, Community users should update their profiles to use their corporate email address instead of a personal one.
Maintenance Notifications

Customers can now subscribe to Maintenance Notifications directly in the Community to stay informed about system updates and planned maintenance.
Benefits include:
- Centralized communication for all Zuora products
- Timely alerts about upcoming maintenance windows
- Better planning for potential system impact
Maintenance updates typically occur in February, May, August, and November, with sandbox updates taking place one month earlier.
Release Notifications

The Community provides visibility into quarterly, monthly, and patch releases, helping customers stay informed about product updates and improvements.
- Quarterly Major Releases introduce major features and enhancements
- Monthly Minor Releases include smaller updates and performance improvements
- Patch Releases and Hotfixes address urgent fixes or security vulnerabilities
Customers can subscribe to Release Notifications in the Community to receive email updates on new features, fixes, and enhancements.
Ideas Portal

The Ideas Portal connects customers directly with Zuora’s product teams, giving them the opportunity to shape future enhancements. Many recent features originated from customer-submitted ideas.
Zuora remains committed to reviewing ideas in a timely manner to keep customers informed of their status and ensure the feedback loop stays active. Customers are encouraged to:
- Search existing ideas before posting new ones
- Add context and business impact when submitting feedback
- Upvote and follow ideas to track progress from Submitted to Delivered
The monthly Ideas at a Glance recap highlights which ideas are planned, in development, or recently delivered.
