Service: Zuora Data Query
Datacenters: EU1 Production, NA1 Production and NA2 Production
Timeline: 7:00 PM PT to 9:00 PM PT Saturday February 17, 2024 (UTC: 0300-0500 next day)
Impact: During the maintenance window, we anticipate 5 minutes or less of service disruption(s) spread across the maintenance window.

Service: Zuora Billing Services, API and UI access for select customer Zuora IDs (see list below)
Datacenters: NA2 production only
Timeline: 7:00 PM PT to 9:00 PM PT Saturday February 17, 2024 (UTC: 0300-0500 next day)
Impact: During the maintenance window, we anticipate services to be unavailable for up to 2 minutes or less during the maintenance window for customers with the Zuora IDs mentioned below.
Note: There will be no impact to customers outside of this group other than what is listed in item (1) above
