The Zuora Community houses a number of "go-to" best practices, templates, and guides created by our subject matter experts to help our users become more proficient with Zuora. In the past, the content has been spread across different groups where one had to search for or bookmark them which isn't the most optimal approach. I'm excited to introduce the Zuora Community Resource Library where we are showcasing and resurfacing valuable gems that are exclusively found in the community and bringing them to one central space for easy access and browsing.
Since we'll be continually adding to the library, one of the best ways to make the most of it is to join the group and become a member. That way, you will receive notifications when we've added new content like:
Table Talks
Each month, we host a number of Community Table Talks which are virtual sessions hosted by Zuora product managers and experts where you learn about an aspect of Zuora with other customers. If you miss or want to rewatch a session, look it up under Table Talks along with its subcategories.
Best Practice Checklists
Sometimes you're looking for a straightforward approach to completing a task and this is where the best practice checklists might be useful for "favorite" activities such as month-end and year-end close.
Walkthrough Videos
For the visual learners we have a large catalog of walkthrough videos which are just a few minutes long and are laser-focused on one specific task or topic to help you get over that hurdle.
