    We're excited to announce a significant enhancement coming to the Zuora Community to streamline your experience and strengthen security: we're transitioning to OneID for authentication!

    This means that soon, you'll use your corporate email address (the one associated with your Zuora tenant) to log in to the Community, providing unified access across all your Zuora platforms.

    Why This is Important for You

    This change is essential to ensure a seamless transition and to maintain access to your valuable contributions, discussions, and profile history within the Community. Accounts currently using personal email addresses (like Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail) will be soft-deleted after the cutover date, and we want to ensure you don't lose any of your valuable content.


    Action Required: Verify Your Community Email 

    Please take a moment to ensure your Zuora Community profile is updated with your corporate email address.

    To check or update your contact information:

    1. Log in to the Zuora Community: https://community.zuora.com 
    2. Navigate to your Profile: https://community.zuora.com/profile 
    3. Select the Pencil Icon next to "Contact Details" in the left column
    4. Check/Update Your Email Address: If needed, change your registered email to your corporate email address (the one you use for OneID)
    5. Save Changes.

    The transition will be completed by December 15, 2025.

    This move to OneID will provide a more secure, streamlined, and consistent login experience. If you have any questions or need assistance, please ask your questions in the Community Insiders group.

    Zuora Community and OneID Integration FAQs

    1. What is the Community and OneID integration, and why is it happening?
      We are upgrading our community platforms by integrating them with our central identity management system, OneID. This means you'll soon be able to use a single, secure login to access our Community forums, portals, and other resources. This integration will make it easier and safer for you to connect with us and with your peers.

    2. What are the benefits of this for me?
      This integration is designed to enhance your experience. You will benefit from:

      • A smoother experience: One login for all your interactions with our company.
      • Enhanced Security: Centralized, stronger security measures to protect your data.
      • Improved Connection: Seamless access to the resources and people you need to succeed.
    1. Will my existing account and data be affected? 

      • If your Community account's email address matches your OneID account's email, your profiles will be automatically linked. You will not lose any of your valuable contributions or history.
      • If your Community account's email address is different from your OneID account’s email, your old account will be archived, and you will be guided through a simple process to create a new profile linked to your OneID. Note that your historical Community contributions will not be connected to your new profile, and we encourage you to update your Community profile’s email address to your corporate email address by the December 15, 2025., deadline. 
    1. Will I need to create a new username or password?
      Yes. Instead of your old Community-specific credentials, you will use your new OneID account to log in. 

    2. When is this change happening?
      The full transition is scheduled for December 15, 2025

    3. What happens if I don't use the community very often?
      To maintain access to the Community after December 15, 2025., you will need to log in with your new OneID credentials. Your old login methods will no longer work after this date.

    4. What if I don't have a OneID and/or Community account?
      If you do not have OneID and/or a Community account, there will be a sign-up button on the community page where customers can create a new OneID account to access the Community or create a Community profile.

    Thanks everyone for your attention to this update. The cutoff date for the Community's transition to OneID has been extended to December 15, 2025. This gives you and your teams a little more time to make sure accounts are updated and aligned with your corporate email.

    Please take advantage of this extra time to verify your Community login and encourage your teams to do the same. The OneID migration is key to ensuring a secure and seamless experience across Zuora, and your support in driving this change is greatly appreciated.
