Hard to believe we’re already halfway through the year! While I haven’t posted an update in a while, it’s not because things have been quiet - I’ve been busy behind the scenes making the Zuora Community more useful, connected, and aligned with your needs.
Here’s a look at what we’ve been focusing on:
Smarter Structure, Easier Navigation
We’re refreshing outdated content, cleaning up group names, and making it easier to explore product areas so you can get to the right answers right away.
Making Feedback Matter
We’re stepping up how we manage ideas so that every idea gets a status update each quarter. It'll take us a few months to review the current submissions, but I promise that it'll happen! We’re also adding feedback polls during Table Talks and continuing those conversations in the Community.
Better Knowledge Sharing
Expect to see more Zuora resources in the Resource Library because we're bringing in more experts from across the company to share tips and insights directly with you.
OneID = One Connected Experience
Soon, the Community will be part of your unified Zuora login. That means a more secure and personalized experience — and a trusted space where we can talk more openly about the product and what’s ahead.
