On August 1, 2024, we are replacing discrete usernames and passwords for Zuora services with a single, federated user ID across all Zuora services. After the deprecation date, Zuora OneID will be the only authentication method available to access your Zuora services, including tenants and associated resources (ex. Community, Support, etc.).

We understand that this is a big shift for many organizations and the Zuora Community is here to help with that transition through our Table Talks and additional best practice resources.

Monthly OneID Zuora Community Table Talks

Since the announcement earlier this year, the Zuora Community has been holding monthly OneID Office Hours with Principal Product Manager, Bharath Marimuthu. We understand that not everyone can attend so we post the session recaps along with links to the corresponding part of the recording for those who'd like a deeper dive into topics - there's no need to scroll through the video to find the right spot because we've done that for you!

Past OneID Table Talks have included a OneID Overview and OneID User Groups and Demonstrations. Check out the other sessions here.

OneID Conversations in the Zuora Administrators Group

In addition to the Table Talks, the OneID team is on-hand to answer questions in the Community's Zuora Administrators group where you can hear the experiences from others who have already moved to OneID like best practices to follow like

    • Zuora OneID With OTR
    • Zuora OneID User Migration

    • Roles And Permission Management In OneID

Learn from Zuora Product Experts at a Community Table Talk

Table Talks are monthly collaborative Zuora Community events where customers have the opportunity to connect with Zuora experts along with other users on different topics from APIs to Zuora Revenue.

Future sessions are announced monthly in the Community News where you can also hear about other product updates and other exciting events. Follow these steps to sign up and select the frequency you'd like to receive emails.
