Zuora Revenue (RevPro) User Login Migration
to Zuora Login Portal
In an effort to deliver innovative capabilities, such as the new Close Process Dashboard, and providing an improved user experience, we will be migrating Zuora Revenue's login portal for all Cloud customers.
How will this impact you?
- Based on your current location, you will need to log in via a new URL. Please make sure to update your bookmarks accordingly.

- APIs are not impacted by this migration.
- BOTs will need to be updated with the new Login URL
- SAML Single Sign-On solutions (SSO), such as OKTA, will need to be reconfigured to point to the new login portal
- As this is a central portal, we need to ensure all usernames are unique. As a result we will have to update the existing username for a few users. Those users will be directly notified about the change.
- Users will require different user IDs per Sandbox
How will this change the end user experience?
- The change of the end user experience will be minimal. There will be a new user management page. Roles management will remain untouched.
- Joined Zuora Billing & Revenue Customers who already login through this new login portal will not be impacted.
When will this change happen?
- We will gradually roll this out in a phased manner over the course of the next 3 months starting in September of 2021 and reach out to you with a specific date.
