We're excited to announce that the Zuora Unified User Experience is coming to Sandbox environments starting Jun 24, 2026 and in Production on Aug 19, 2026.

This update introduces a more unified and intuitive experience across Zuora, including Unified Navigation and new Global Homepage for Billing Customers.

This video introduces the new Zuora experience, focusing on an enhanced global navigation system and a highly configurable homepage designed to improve efficiency.

Configurable Homepage

The new homepage allows you to create a personalized workspace.

• Templates: Start with the "Billing Standard" template, which includes essential actions for billing admins, or the "Developer" template, which features real-time APIs, error tracking, and performance insights. Users may also build their own layout from a blank slate.
• Widgets: The homepage utilizes various widgets:
  • Quick Actions: Perform tasks like creating customers, orders, or running billing without navigating multiple pages.
  • Operational Insights: Surfaces risks, such as suspended subscriptions, to help you prioritize work proactively.
  • Quick Links: Provides one-click access to internal reports, workflows, or configuration pages.
  • Business Processes: Track or launch key business processes directly from the dashboard.
• Layout Configuration: Through "Configure Mode," you can drag and drop widgets to reorganize the page, adjust column numbers for different screen sizes, enable full content width, and toggle the global search bar.

Enhanced Global Navigation

The new navigation system is organized into three levels to ensure consistency and ease of use.

• Primary Navigation (Left Panel): Houses core functions including the Zuora home, application switching, help and training, app settings, and user settings (which include three new interface themes).
• Secondary Navigation (Adjacent Panel): Provides architecturally consistent access across Zuora apps, including a tenant switcher, focus mode, and a global search bar.
• Personalization:
  • Suggested Pages: Displays content based on a user’s recent and frequent activity.
  • Pinning: Pin important menu items for quick access, similar to browser bookmarks, and easily unpin them when they are no longer needed.
