Zuora Community Resource Library

Are you more of a listener than a reader? We learn in different ways and some people prefer listening over reading, so I've taken the recently released Zuora Billing FAQ and turned it into a surprisingly listenable podcast using Google's NotebookLLM, one of their new LLM experimental tools. If you're a listening learner and new, or relatively new to Zuora, you'll certainly learn something. 

Even if you're an experienced Zuora developer and there's nothing new for you in the FAQ, try listening to the first couple of minutes to see just how far along this experiment is. Once you do, you can probably think of different podcasts you'd want to create on your work, or the work of your colleagues. Just remember, I'm not a lawyer, check with your legal eagles if any of the content you use is proprietary. My podcast uses the Billing FAQ, an openly available piece of content that Google already indexes and I'm not charging you to listen to the results.  Also you can't trust any output from an LLM due to the well documented and very real hallucination problem. I listened to the entire thing to ensure it didn't make up any features we don't actually have. 

Regardless of the value to you of this particular piece of content, shout out if you'd like more 'listening', aural, content. Given it's relative ease to produce now, if there's an audience, I'll see what we can do.
