Hi all, I am very excited to announce that Audit Trails will be Generally Available in Zuora soon! The feature is being prepared to rollout with our Platform Launch in the coming weeks. Good point. There is no hosted payment page identifier on the Payment Method object in Zuora. We have a similar issue and our compliance teams would prefer to see this be recorded in Zuora. I wonder where this is on Zuora's roadmap? Glad to see we're not the only ones interested in this. For now what we do is create a log entry in our systems when we get the Javascript callback from Zuora, and there we record the payment page ID and payment method ID.

Hi @arifyasin, Currently there is no option to overwrite the Tax Code at Rate Plan Charge level. The subscription charge uses the Tax Code from your Product Catalog only.

I created the same report however seems like it has a hidden feature to seperate the line items everytime there is a renewal amendment. Notice in the attached snapshot how the same charge is repeated more than once. is there a grouping setting i missed or ....

Dear Madhvi and @arifyasin, this capability is supported today via "Services" environments in Zuora. This is an additional environment that can be periodically refreshed with scrubbed Production data (we purge PII information, like Credit Card numbers, and e-mail addresses), so that you can perform regression testing, etc. Please reach out to your Zuora Account Executive if you're interested in one of these environments, but please aware that, today, these environments are set up for a fee.
