Has there been any consideration for this request? As I understand it, if a customer had 10 debit memos and 2 invoices, and made a single payment that covered all of those, Zuora would make 12 payment records. If that check is then returned, we'd have to handle each of the payment records, not a single record. We also have Zuora set up to email the customer for each payment that we receive - this would email them 12 times when they've only made a single payment. Can lockbox support a single payment, and multiple payment applications?
