Can you provide details about how you configured Informatica to talk to Zuora? Did you use the Informatica Zuora Connector? The apparently latest version says that it uses the Zuora wsdl version 82. Did you provide a customized wsdl? Is there a way to extract the exact call content from Informatica? The user guide for the Informatica Zuora connector says that it only supports certain items, not including ProductDiscountApplyDetail. ProductDiscountApplyDetail is the name of an object supported by the Zuora wsdl, but your message says ProductDiscountApplyDetails (note the trailing s).
