We have instances where either the wrong cancellation date on a subscription was used or a customer changed their mind. If the subscription was invoiced and a payment was made to that invoice, you can not cancel it. Which means you also can not cancel the cancellation amendment. The only option we have found is to re-enter the subscription over again, which is a pain for us and the customer. It would be nice to have the ability to cancel an invoice even if a payment has been made to it, once that payment is removed.
