My company would like to setup subscription(s) with two products. One is an (evergreen?) tiered usage with normal proration. If the customer cancels, they only pay for the part of the month they were active. I think this should be straightforward to set up. The second is a 12-month termed flat fee amount that is paid in installments. For example, if the total for the year is $600, then each month they pay $50. However, if they cancel before the term is up, we want to charge them the remainder of the fee at cancellation. There should be no credits and no proration. Example, they have been customers for 7 months, and each month have paid $50, but now they want to cancel. How do I set this up to automatically charge them the remaining $250? Based on the 'Billing Rules' settings, it seems like proration is all-or-nothing, so I don't know if this is even possible.

This morning, we sent up usage for two of our customers (with BCD as the 12th) at ~01:00 PST, with an explicit SubscriptionNumber and ChargeNumber for each. At ~02:00 PST, their subscriptions auto-renewed. Now when we do "create bill run" and process the bill run from the individual customer account, it looks like the usage is not being picked up at all. We have had no problems with our other bill runs today; just the two that auto renewed this morning. I pushed the usage again (so that it's submission time is after the renewal time, hoping that might make some difference), but no luck. For each usage, the StartDateTime is 1478908800000 (Sat, 12 Nov 2016 00:00:00 GMT) and the EndDateTime is 1481500800000 (Mon, 12 Dec 2016 00:00:00 GMT).
