Problem Statement: Subscripton is created using order API with billing options: runBilling is true and collectPayment is true and invoice is generated and payment is processed. Post after customer decides to cancel the subscription on the same day. When the customer cancels the subscription, there will be some cancellation charges. When the subscription is cancelled using Order API with cancellation charges and runBilling options set as true. It suppose to generate invoice for the cancellation charges and credit memo to return the refund amount for the cancellation charges as it is early cancellation. But invoice and credit memo is not generated. Solution: To overcome this issue we have to change the cancellation policy as "EndOfLastInvoicePeriod"

Hi Team, We have to use "Update Account" API to update the template id's. I am able to update creditMemoTemplateId, invoiceTemplateId for Account using the Update Account API. Please find the required details as below. Note: Currently Workflow CRUD is only working for invoiceTemplateId update, Action Update API is not working for this use case. Problem Statement: When the workflow executes BillRun Task and if the auto post option is true, It throws the error "The field: autopost is not a valid input field for CREATE". The field: autopost is not a valid input field for CREATE-Error Screen Solution: User has to enable the following Billing Settings to overcome this issue. 1) go to Billing Settings-> Define Billing Rules-> find the option " Support bill run auto-post? " 2) Update the setting " Support bill run auto-post? " value as "Yes".
