Hi AK,
Which specific processor have you designated as your default? As Scott mentioned above, the error codes come from the gateway so we'll need that to provide the proper reference for you.
A quick way to find out would be to check the following:
Settings > Z-Payment Settings > Setup Payment Gateway
One of these gateways should be designated as your "default."
