Hi @skennedy - as an admin user of reporting (manage all reports permission), you have the ability to see a list of all scheduled reports within your tenant. You can find this under the Manage Report Runs link in the upper right corner of the reporting home page. You can click into any of these reports to see their distribution lists. From your write-up, I understand that you'd probably like something where you can manage that at a tenant level though, rather than having to take a look at each of those reports.
