In the Edit Layout window, the combination of the Available Fields list and the Selected Fields list includes all the fields that are applicable to the current edited report.
If the Available Fields list is empty for your selection, it means all the applicable fields of the report have been moved from the Available Fields list to the Selected Fields list. No more fields can be added to the report.
