Feature Request: Allow the AncestorAccountId field for Usage and Subscription to be used in a query.
Currently this field is used only to query all subscriptions/usage under the same account hierarchy. i.e. SELECT id FROM Subscription where AncestorAccountId ='xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx'.
If you try to query for a value, regardless if Customer Hierarchy is enabled on the tenant you get an error in return i.e. error message : "invalid field for query: Usage.AncestorAccountId

We need to see all the history of the invoice update in invoice history section (in the bottom).
We have bunch of cases where the invoice has been updated and it shows the email of the person who updated it b ut then it got overridden by the next update. And we only see in history the last updater‰Û¡ÌÝå»s name:
Can we add one more line with history instead of overriding it?
Justification:
All our invoices are updated by the tax connector ‰Û¡ÌÝÌÕ we want to track it.
This impacts all the invoices.
Also it‰Û¡ÌÝå»s very important for history of who touched the invoice ‰Û¡ÌÝÌÕ for research of the invoice issues.

Feature Request: Allow import contact file that has the same contact names with curent existed contacts

Business Need:
During testing sample data migration, ran into an issue: the Bill to contacts and Sold to contacts have the same contact names but some other contact information such as address, city and zip are different. So it need to import the Bill to contact file and sold to contact file individually. After load the Bill to contacts, it will not allow to load the Sold to contacts which has the same contact names with current Bill to contacts. The error is like this: on Line 2: Contact already exists with this name. Are you sure you want to save? Also it exists the same problem when creating two same contacts through API. As you know we can create two same contacts in UI for it will pop out a dialog in the page to inquire whether create a same contact, we only need to click Yes; and then the new contact will be saved. Enhancement: To support creating same customer contacts both by customer import function and API function.

Summary of the enhancement? Ability to "copy" a Key Contact when generating a new one so that the address and phone numbers are auto-filled
What is the business problem? Currently when you create a new contact, a large hefty box pops up on the screen (which you can't move around), the screen behind the new contact box goes opaque and you cannot see the address of the other contacts to copy from. We deal with a large amount of contacts on each account which are often times in special formats with International addresses. Each time we create a new contact we are having to write down with a pen or type it out on another screen to remember what to type in to the new contact. There are other programs that allow the ability to copy a contact when creating a new one, which is great, and saves a lot of time.
What is the business impact? Time. Time = Money 🙂
What is the proposed solution (if available)? Create a hyperlink under each key contact that allows us to copy existing contact and create a new one.

Feature Request: ISO Country Code field on Contacts

Feature Request: Customer Z is looking for the search within Z-Billing to more useful (versatile). For example, for account name, when they type "Campus North" to search, they would like ALL possible matches (results) on account names to be returned (e.g. CampusNorth). Right now, the current behavior is that Z-Billing will only return provide exact match word/case.
