Question or Problem Statement:

In sync 360, the sync process is failed, the error message like below:

(InvalidBatch : Records not processed)

StackTrace:

[AsyncApiException exceptionCode='InvalidBatch'

exceptionMessage='Records not processed'

]

 

Solution:

Normally this error is due to the SFDC user specified in Zuora Sync Salesforce Credentials doesn't have the access to a specific field.

For the detail you can goto SFDC -> Bulk Data Load Jobs, check the error log which will tell you which field can't access by this user.

Update the field level access in SFDC org will fix this error.
