Solution:

 

For the reported quote, in capturing the Debug log and reviewing the RESTServiceRequest, it was noticed that  the name of the corresponding Opportunity records had  116 (> 100) characters.

In the subscribe call OpportunityName_QT field value was being passed as 116 characters.
But OpportunityName_QT field has Character limit: 100.

Updating  the opportunity name to have 100 or less characters could resolve the issue.

This error can also be caused by state field as it has a maximum of 40 characters.
