When trying to upgrade Zuora Quotes, below error is thrown

 

(Zuora_Rules_End_User) Your account has been disabled Your company administrator has disabled access to the system for you. Please contact your administrator for more information.

This issue may occur when an Inactive User is still configured as Default User for a certain area of the application.

 

It has been identified that "Zuora_Rules_End_User" permission set in the affected sandbox has few inactive users associated. Once the users are removed from the permission set, error is resolved and Zuora Quotes was succesfully upgraded

 

  • Login to salesforce org.
  • Navigate to Setup> Manage Users> Permission sets.
  • Open Zuora_Rules_End_User permission set.
  • Click on Manage Assignments.
  • Go to next page for users.
  • Please select the inactive users & then click on "Remove assignment".
