Z360 sync is failing with an error of "Stream Closed". If you open the failed sync record, you would see the following error:
There has been an unknown internal error happened. (Stream Closed)

Going to Setup ---> Administration Setup ---> Monitoring ---> Monitor Bulk Data Load Jobs.
If you see the following message in that page, then it appears that your org has maxed out Salesforce's number of batches allowed in a 24-hour period: "Your organization has processed 5,055 batches in the last 24 hours. Your organization can process 5,000 batches in a 24-hour period."
Please check if there are some kinds of migration jobs running in your org. If you scroll down to the "In Process" section, there are a lot of jobs waiting for new batches to be available so they can run. You can click on the "Next Page" option in the "In Process" section (not the Completed last 7 days one) to see the complete list of open jobs.
We will have to wait until these jobs are completed and new batches become available before Zuora 360 Sync can run again.
You can also contact the Saleforce support team to temporarily increase the batch limit depending on the urgency of the situation.
