The error, UNABLE_TO_LOCK_ROW: unable to obtain exclusive access to this record:--,  indicates that the sync could not access the records because it was being processed by another process. Usually, when this error happened, the record would be retired by the same sync job sometime later, and if the error still persisted, it would be retired in the next sync.
