What does the submit button do in guided selling on step three of creating a quote?

Anyone using Zquotes with Approval workflows - please help. This toolbar - has anyone determined what the Submit button does? I assumed it would trigger the approval workflows process but can't find how to call it when building my approval workflows in Salesforce. Thanks, Megan

In standard guided selling the "Submit" button is really just submitting your product selection and finishing the creation of the quote. At least for the workflow we built, after creating the quote, the Sales rep has the opportunity to review it before submitting it for approval.
