If you are on an older version of Zuora CPQ, such as CPQ 6 or 7, it’s time to upgrade. It’s time to leverage new features that you may not know exists or may have customized a solution for. Check out this short video that highlights some of what’s new in our latest version of Zuora CPQ.

Upgrading to the newest version of Zuora CPQ includes, but are not limited to, the following features:

  • Lightning Certified
  • Guided Selling to guide your team through the sales process that YOU define
  • Custom product filters
  • The Rules Engine to automate actions such as adding products to a quote or setting discount thresholds
  • Auto updates of minor releases

WHICH VERSION OF ZUORA CPQ DO I HAVE?

Finding which release of Zuora CPQ you’re running is easy. Once you’re logged into Salesforce it takes LESS THAN 30 SECONDS.

LOCATING YOUR CPQ VERSION

In Salesforce, click on the Setup icon [1] at the top right > Start typing, “Installed” in the search box [2] to bring up the “Installed Packages” [3] area.

Click into your Installed Packages to view packages you have installed in Salesforce which includes Zuora CPQ.

ZUORA FOR SALESFORCE 360

While you’re at it, you will want to upgrade your Zuora for Salesforce 360 as well. Zuora for Salesforce 360 works with Zuora CPQ to synchronize Account, Subscription and related objects from Zuora into Salesforce so that during the quoting process, Salesforce contains your most up to date information from Zuora.
