Updating existing Product Rate Plan Charge - Charge Type

In SFDC we store information on every zqu__QuoteRatePlanCharge__c  that we want mapped to zuora.

According to this map the quote rate plan charge is mapped to Rate Plan Charge.

I have the fields in SFDC(see image 1) as well as Zuora(see image 2).

Unfortunately, we're not seeing the data map from SFDC to Zuora. Am I trying to map the wrong objects here?

Re: Updating existing Product Rate Plan Charge - Charge Type

Hi @km is my understanding correct that your custom field values  from QRPC object are not being sent to the corresponding custom fields on RPC object on zuora as part of Zend to Z-Billing?

If so, you also need to add your custom fields from QRPC object to zqu__CustomChargeFields field set in QRPC object.

Can you please test and confirm

Thank you

Doyeli

Re: Updating existing Product Rate Plan Charge - Charge Type

@doyeli - those fields were already part of the field set for zqu__QuoteRatePlanCharge__c(see image below).

Am I missing something obvious?

Re: Updating existing Product Rate Plan Charge - Charge Type

Just to close the loop here, the problem was with the API name of the cutsom fields on Zuora end.

Those were not the same as were defined on SFDC end.

Once corrected, the problem was resolved.

Thank you
