Unable to start sync: A sync or clean up is already in progress

Question or Problem Statement:

We’re trying to sync accounts between Salesforce and Zuora. When we do, we get this error: "Unable to start sync: A sync or clean up is already in progress."

But that's odd because the sync history log doesn't have any syncs that are in progress. I tried turning off realtime sync, but that didn't seem to make a difference.

Solution:

Please try to filter the sync history with a long range and Operation = All, to see if you can find out the running sync. Also, you can try to cancel the sync.
