Question or Problem Statement:
I want to review the InvoiceItem.AccountName information, however, InvoiceItem.AccountName is not supported by Z360+. How can I work around it?
Solution:
To create a formula custom field in InvoiceItem to copy the subscription owner, add that custom field into InvoiceItem layout. See screenshots:
