The callout was unsuccessful after 4 attempts: Unauthorized endpoint, please check Setup->Security->

PROBLEM:

 

 When testing the connections in Z-360's Connection Setup, the error, "The callout was unsuccessful after 4 attempts: Unauthorized endpoint, please check Setup->Security->Remote site settings. endpoint = https://apisandbox.zuora.com/apps/services/a/84.0" is thrown. How do we resolve this error?

SOLUTION:

 

In your SFDC, navigate to Setup > Security > Remote Site Settings.

 

Check the Remote Site URL and verify if it matches your Sandbox or Production URL respectively. Your remote site URL should be similar to the endpoint URL in your Zuora 360 Connections Setup.

 

Example for Sandbox: https://apisandbox-zforsf.zuora.com
