Re: The Contract effective date should not be earlier than the customer acceptance date of the previ

Solution:
To troubleshooting this error you can:
a).Find the following fields in your quote:
Zuora Subscription ID
Exist Subscription ID
Subscription Type
Status
Start Date

b).Find the following fields in your Quote Rate Plan Charges:
Trigger Event
Trigger Date
Specific Billing Period
Specific End Date
End Date Condition
Specific End Date

c).Refer to the "Exist Subscription ID" to locate your Zuora subscription in your Zuora tenant.

d).Review and Preview that subscription in your Zuora tenant. To verify if your quote Start Date is a valid date. You can try to create the subscription with the quote Start Date in your tenant directly, you should see the same error. And then you should have a better understanding about this error.
