Tenant Email - what is it used for?

Hi All,

 

Can somebody either explain to me what the Tenant email address is used for, or point me in the right direction of documentation which will tell me what it is used for?

 

We had a 3rd party integrate our instance of Zuora to Salesforce and they set their email as the Zuora Tenant email address.

 

Not sure if this is a related issue, but I was hoping that an email alert would go to the Tenant email address if the Zuora to Salesforce synchronisation failed - but I can't seem to find anywhere to set the parameters for such an alert.  

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

@jimellis From the details I understand you are looking to configure Email for Z360 sync errors.

 

Please goto Settings -> Commerce ->Synchronize Salesforce.com Data

Click and select the event types of which you want to be notified via email(as below).
Notifications are sent to the user who is setting up the email notifications.
