Question:
Salesforce does not calculate the tax in the amount for a product, although the contact and account are from a verified country and should be taxed.
Kindly please check why the tax is not included when creating a quote?
Solution :
On checking the Account for the particular quote we could see that the Tax Exemption is set to YES which will not allow tax calculation.
On changing the option for Tax Exemption to NO the Tax will be calculated for that Quote in Salesforce
