Subscriptions not pulling into Salesforce for cancelled accounts

It seems that cancelled subscriptions pull over to Salesforce as long as the customer itself isn't cancelled.  However, if we also cancel the customer than no subscriptions pull over into Salesforce.  My issue with that is we are losing the ability to run reports on subscriptions in Salesforce especially if we need to look backwards.  Does anyone have a work around for this?

Re: Subscriptions not pulling into Salesforce for cancelled accounts

HI @aomalley,

There is a feature called  "Synchronize Canceled Account Data", which, when  enabled on your tenant, can sync cancelled accounts and related data (e.g., subscriptions, invoices, etc) to SFDC. .

Can you please send me a private message with your Tenant id so that I can check if this feature is enabled or not on your Tenant?

If not enabled (which it seems like) , then please create a Ticket so that it can be enabled by Zuora support

Thank you
