Question or Problem Statement:

When building a custom sendToZbilling process to send a new quote (use case = new customer sign-up) to Zuora,  in quoteRequests we set paymentMethodId, setNewPaymentAsDefault = true and enableAccountAutoPay = true.

After the quote create in Zuora, the default payment method of the account is null and the autopay is false.

 

Solution:

Please also set a valid zuora payment method id in <zqu__ElectronicPaymentMethodId__c> field on <zqu__Quote__c> object.

Then call the sendToZbiling method.
