Salesforce user is inactive

Problem Statement: 

We are no longer able to access PDF Invoices from within salesforce. This worked recently, but does not work for any administrator accounts. We receive the error (in salesforce) “User is Inactive.”

Solution:
This is most likely due to the user configured to communicate from your Zuora tenant to your SFDC org is inactive. In your SFDC org, verify that the user is inactive by navigate to "Connection Setup" from "All Tabs" screen, click on the "Test Connection" button. If connection failed, then have your company's Zuora Administrator reactivate the user in your Zuora tenant by navigate to "Settings" > "Administration Settings" > "Manage Users" then click on the username.
Then navigate back to "Connection Setup" page and test the connection again.
