Question or Problem Statement:
In Zuora tenant Subscription RatePlanChargeTier, there are only 6 tiers, however in SFDC Subscription RatePlanChargeTier, there are 12 RatePlanChargeTiers in the same subscription, why? I tried re-sync, it does not work. There are still 12 RatePlanChargeTiers in SFDC!

Solution:
We understand that Zuora tenant UI and SFDC RatePlanChargeTier should have kept the consistency. In Zuora tenant, the charge has 6 tiers in the same subscription. In SFDC, it should have 6 tiers too in the same subscription!
However, if you do a Data Source Export, you should see that there are 12 tiers with Rate Plan Charge segments. 2 segments, thus there are 12 tiers.
Actually, there are 2 segments with 12 charge tiers in the backend. Therefore Z360 just synced 12 tiers. This is the current design.
