Rules not getting triggered.

Problem : 

The customer reported that the Rules were not triggered even though Rules Engine was enabled in their org.

Solution :

" Zuora Rules Engine is supported only with the Enhanced Product Selector." 

 After looking at the customer org, they were on Zquotes version 7.1 and using the zqu__SelectProducts VF page (old Product Selector.)
 The problem was resolved after updating the  Quote Wizard settings to use the Enhanced Product Selector.
