Retire rate plans

How do we retire a rate plan so it's no longer available to quote but remains active in zuora for billing customers that previously subscribed per the retiring rate plan? Is it simply changing the effective end date in the rate plan to the date we want to retire the rate plan?

Hi @Dan_Jones

Per your suggestion, you can set the rate plan's Effective Start Date and Effective End Date to a date in the past and run a Product Catalog Sync. The rate plan will not show up in new quotes. For existing subscriptions the rate plan will still be invoiced.
