Real Time Sync is not triggered

Question or Problem Statement:
There is a record is missing in SFDC, e.g. a subscription. However, the Real Time Sync(RTS) is already enabled in my Zuora tenant, the subscription should be synced to SFDC once it was created.

2). Refer to Edit a CRM Account ID to check CRM ID mapping.

3). Refer to Set Permissions for Zuora 360 Custom Objects to check permissons.

4). Refer to the subscription create time stamp to locate the sync record in Sync History in Zuora.
   a).Verify if the "Maximum Data Change Events Before Sync" was reached.
   b).If there is an error with the subscription ID then refer to the error to continue trouble shooting.
   c).If there is no an error record for that subscription, then please file a support ticket.
