Payment Terms Not Syncing back to SFDC

Problem:

When I am syncing accounts and objects from Zuora to SFDC it is not updating the payment terms that I have added.

Screenshots below show the terms in Zuora and shows only a handful available from the drop-down menu on the quote object.

The list of available payment terms must match (or is a subset of) the payment terms available in Zuora.

To create payment terms in Salesforce, please follow the below steps:

  1. In Salesforce, navigate to Username > Setup > App Setup > Create > Objects. 
  2. In the Custom Objects list, click Quote.
  3. In the Custom Fields & Relationships section on the Custom Object page, click Payment Term.
  4. In the Picklist Values section on the Quote Custom Field page, add, edit, or delete the picklist values to match the active payment terms in Zuora.
  5. If you add new payment terms, enable all of the available record types on the Add Picklist Values page. Click Save.
