After deploying My Domain feature (e.g., using a custom domain mydomain.salesforce.com) in Salesforce, when clicking on the CRM Account ID link of a Zuora account, it still goes the old domain instead of the new one. For example,
- Open https://na01.salesforce.com/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
- Instead of https://mydomain.salesforce.com/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Reset Salesforce credentials for 360 Sync in Zuora. It will create a new connection between Zuora and Salesforce and the new domain will be picked up.

I was not able to just use the "reset" button. I actually had to Delete and then setup oauth tokens again.
