[KNOWN ISSUE] Line break character (\n) in address field of Contact is not recognized properly.

Known issue: Line break character (\n) in address field of Contact is not recognized as a line break character on Zuora Quotes. Because of this, if the Contact contains a line break character (\n) in the address field, it causes Address Discrepancies between the account information in Zuora and Salesforce.

 

Requirement: When submitting a Quote to Zuora, where the Contact contains a line break character (\n) in the address field, Zuora Quotes should recognize it as a break and the value should be split to Address1 and Address2 fields in Zuora.

 

Status: Engineering team is aware of the requirement, ETA is still under discussion.
