Invoice PDF button errors with "Can not get expected PDF" in Salesforce
This is an expected behavior; find the details below:
SFDC will only pick up the PDF files from Zuora and it won't create/generate a PDF. When checked at the provided Invoice, there were not invoice PDF generated in the history.
This is why we are getting "Can not get expected PDF" error in SFDC when clicking on the Invoice PDF button.
In this case, we need to click on "Regenerate Invoice PDF" button in Zuora, to generate a PDF. Once this is successfull and we can retry in SFDC.
If by chance, still the PDF's are not generated in Zuora side even after clicking on "Regenerate Invoice PDF" button, please submit a Zuora Support Case to check what is the issue.
