INVALID_EMAIL_ADDRESS:Bill To Work E-mail in Sync
The Salesforce 360 sync "Accounts & Related Objects" always Finished with errors with the below message in one of the customer's org:
|INVALID_EMAIL_ADDRESS:Bill To Work E-mail: invalid email address: firstname.lastname@example.org_1599721760:Zuora__BillToWorkEmail__c --|
This issue occurred because the Bill To Email in Zuora is not in proper Email format. It is appended with some numbers after the domain name(.com).
This is the same when we directly enter the detail in SFDC Contact's Email field.
After updating to the right email format, sync succeeded.
